Questa mia risposta vale unicamente se Lei stia traducendo per lettori americani, perché negli Usa non esiste la tipologia "current account" (veda https://www.bankrate.com/banking/checking/types-of-checking-... (La tipologia più piena del conto corrente italiano sarebbe l'equivalente negli Usa di un "checking account" invece di un "savings account".)

Negli Usa non è diffuso la pratica di offrire un checking account che preveda delle commissioni ridotte in cambio del pagamento di un canone mensile (più elevato). Letteralmente questo sarebbe un "checking account with (monthly) maintenance fee only", ma non trovo niente del genere tramite Google. E un "no-fee checking account" è un conto corrente senza canone, non senza commissioni. Su Google trovo solo dei "premium [o "premier"] checking accounts", che, sì, eliminano alcune commissioni ma che di solito richiedono un saldo bancario minimo. Infatti negli Usa le banche fanno così: se vuoi commissioni ridotte o eliminate, devi mantenere un saldo più alto invece di pagare un canone più alto.
