In particolare le seguenti modifiche, pubblicate in data 2 dicembre sul quotidiano “Il Sole 24 Ore”, avranno efficacia a partire dal 12 gennaio 2021 ovvero decorsi i 40 giorni di sospensiva previsti dalla normativa:
