I can't find anything that would work here, I've currently got "power of imperio" but I don't think that's an actual term.

Having been exposed to enjoyable lax authority at the Portsmouth ex-Royal Naval Barracks on once-brewed Brickwoods Beer in the 'Swinging Sixties', I'm none too sure what the concept has to do with banking documentation, unless the latter outlines force majeure or Act of God /US: *eminent domain* - compulsory purchase scenarios in its terms and conditions.

Granted: poder de imperio: sovereign power, West SPA / AmE law + business dictionary, but quaere - Latin for query: the context.
