Japanese term or phrase: 取組日
I encountered this word in 極度貸付枠 (line of credit) agreement. (excerpts below)

According to this agreement, the borrower can borrow up to a maximum (10,000,000円) during the next 12 months no matter how many times or whenever as long as the outstanding debt is under the maximum limit. But the borrower also needs to repay within three months of every "取組日" which seems to be the day when a loan is taken out. What is the English equivalent of this Japanese term?
