Concerning the ornaments/toilette for an attractive man. Explanation: I take mundis as ablative plural of mundus, and bello as dative from the adjective bellus -a -um. This is a problematic, polysemantic title. |

About the war of the world Explanation: I assume that it is a title and in Latin the titles are always "DE + ablative" (remember the famous De bello gallico by Julius Caesar). Then actually according to my interpretation "mundis" should be a genitive..but in this case it should be "mundi" So "De bello mundi" = About the war of the world |
