“Juntada” é a entrada, anexação de documento aos autos do processo, mediante termo de cartório. Este é um termo originalmente jurídico, que passou a ser usado, com menos frequência, no vocabulário comum. O termo jurídico equivalente que se vê nos processos cíveis e criminais americanos, assim como em outras áreas, é “filing”. Inclusive, como a tendência é a juntada eletrônica de documentos, o termo adotado pelas varas de todos os condados americanos para esta modalidade é “e-filing”. “Filing”não é legalês, i.e., “filing” é um termo mais comum em inglês do que “juntada” em português.
