Russian term or phrase: образующие слова морфов
Можно предположить, что минимальными единицами речевого мышления являются включенные в этот процесс значения отдельных слов. Они не разложимы на значения ***образующих слова морфов*** и не разлагаются на значения других слов, которыми они могут быть описаны, определены или переведены на другой язык. Среди значений слов можно выделить объективно простейшие, т.е. клеточки речевого мышления, в качестве которых могут выступать используемые в общении значения слов-указателей, таких как местоимения Я, Ты, Он и др.

For the relevant sentence, my draft:
They are not reducible to the meanings of word-formatives of morphs and are not reducible to the meanings of other words with which they can be described, defined, or translated into another language.

I am not sure about "word-formatives of morphs," and despite looking up all the words in English, I don't know what it would mean.

morphs that constitute words

Or, in this case, "the morphs that constitute them".

Don't be tricked by the word-order: "образующих слова морфов" is synonymous with "морфов, образующих слова". So there shouldn't be that "of" in the translation, where you have it before "morphs." That is, "meanings of the morphs" is fine, but "meanings of the X of morphs" is not.

Actually, in line with proposing "constitute them" in your context, I meant to write "constitute the words" or "constitute those words" in the answer field.

Notes to answerer
Asker: I'm not sure about that. Morph is one thing, morpheme is another. Morph = a sequence of phonemes constituting a minimal unit of grammar or syntax, and, as such, a representation, member, or contextual variant of a morpheme in a specific environment. (dictionary.reference.com)

agree  Valentina Obuhova: Quite right. In this case причастный оборот precedes the word it refers to. The term/phrase in the nominative case should be образующие слова морфЫ; in the genitive - образующИХ слова морфов (as in the source text).
