agree  Jay Gonzalez: I agree with the optional suggestion. If we take the primary suggestion, I feel the preposition should be "on"

entry into the international arena

Explanation:
"Entry into the international arena" can be used in a business or professional context. It is similar in meaning to "entry into an international market". By loose extension, it could be applied to politicians or sports teams who leave their domestic context to participate internationally in one way or another.

A gerund phrase would be better, I think: "entering the international arena". Of course, this depends on the context.

P.S. This exact phrase has 562,000+ hits on Google.

I agree with Dr. Schmulowicz above regarding "appearance on the international scene", but I feel like this can be used more flexibly (such as about an actor, musician, book, movement, etc.), as opposed to a business or product context.

Example sentence(s):
  • The popular, young prime minister is looking forward to his entry into the international arena at the United Nations conference.
  • If we don't get this deal, we'll have to push our entry into the international arena by another year.

going global

Explanation:
It largely depends on what section of the text this phrase occurs and what type of product is advertised by the given company. Going Global, Building Global Presence, or Gaining a Global Footprint sound good to me as headers.
