Tech/Engineering - Paper / Paper Manufacturing
Russian term or phrase: полоса предварительной надрезки
Contract for sales/purchase of filtering paper for the manufacture of filters and filtering elements, section specifying the quality of the paper. Actual context follows (note: I suspect надрезки may be a typo for нарезки. Even so, I still don't know exactly what this means, although I am tentatively going with "The tolerances for the width of the roll and the width of the preliminary cut must match the tolerances specified in Buyer’s orders." Of course, this leaves out a translation for "полос" - strips?):

Допуски на ширину рулона и на шириру полос предварительной надрезки должны соответствовать допускам, указанным в заявках Покупателя.
