employees Explanation: I would use the general term 'employees' rather than 'workers', if the text does not specify a specific line of business. The term 'worker' means (Merriam-Webster dictionary): 1a: one that works especially at manual or industrial labor or with a particular material a factory worker —often used in combination b: a member of the working class So, unless the employees in question are being hired to perform manual or industrial work or activities that involve the use of a specific material, I would not use the term 'workers'. |
