It carries on "... las partes aceptan mediante la firma electrónica el presente contrato".

I know we've had similar questions but the phrasing of this one is a bit different, in particular the "íntegro contenido" bit. Should this be something different from "In witness whereof"?

I would simply use this, but if you want to try something else, how about "The signatories below signify their acceptance of the all the terms of this agreement"?

Ken Adams believes you don't even need this concluding clause, but I don't think, as translators, we have the option to go to that extreme:

"Here are two concluding clauses:

The authorized signatures for MICHIGAN and COMPANY below signify their acceptance of the terms of this AGREEMENT.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have indicated their acceptance of the terms of this Agreement by their signatures below on the dates indicated.

In both these concluding clauses, the parties say they’re accepting the terms of the contract. That’s unnecessary: signing a contract is sufficient to indicate assent."

agree  Toni Castano: The Spanish source is a good example of tautological wording (“presente contrato” appears twice), so some sort of simplification is certainly needed, yours, for instance, which summarizes well the first part of the phrase.

  -> Thanks, Toni, yes, IMO, it's really just a token translation to acknowledge there is a concluding clause here, just being careful with the register, in a similar way as we would use "sincerely" or "yours faithfully" at the end of a business letter.

neutral  Toni Castano: Your suggestion is not legalese. Plus I disagree with your statement: "En prueba de conformidad" can certainly be rendered as "in witness whereof".

neutral  AllegroTrans: Apart from the fact that your suggestion is not "legalese" the ST is not certifying compliance/conformity with a contract (that comes later, with time) , it's simply a signing-off phrase

neutral  Robert Carter: A literal translation here would be something like "as evidence of approval of the entire contents of this agreement". "Proof of compliance" is actually a mistranslation as "conformidad" doesn't mean "compliance" in this case.
