Se reciben en formol 3 fragmentos de tejido fibroadiposo que agrupados miden 6,5 x 4 x 1,3 cm. Se palpan dos formaciones nodulares compatibles con ganglios y un conglomerado adenopático. Se incluyen cortes representativos en 7 bloques: B1: un ganglio linfático, B2: un ganglio linfático, B3-B7: conglomerado adenopático.

Can anyone advise on the term "conglomerado adenopático"? I have considered "adenopathic conglomerate" and "lymph node mass", etc. but am really unsure.
