Spanish term or phrase: conglomerado adenopático
The following appears in a pathology report for a radical prostatectomy specimen:

Can anyone advise on the term "conglomerado adenopático"? I have considered "adenopathic conglomerate" and "lymph node mass", etc. but am really unsure.

Cheers,
John

I eventually decided to go with this, although "matted lymph nodes" was also a possibility. Thanks to all.
