HG / HL

Spanish to English Medical Medical: Pharmaceuticals Tablet production
I am translating a lengthy Bill of Materials for a tablet production process.

Top corner of header on every page has "Page X of Y" and beneath this on each page it says "HG: [Date + Time]" and then "HL: [Date + Time]". The date and time are the same for both.

Can't quite seem to work out what HG and HL stand for. So far my only guesses have been "Hoja grabada" and "Hoja llenada" - any other suggestions?

Having to do with time A bit of a stab in the dark, but perhaps it's referring to Horario Greenwich/Horario Local?

H = hora? Even though they give you both a date and a time, possibly H stands for "Hora" ... the time of "G" and "L" ... whatever those may stand for.

If HG is followed by the date and the time, this seems to be the most logical conclusion.
