Spanish term or phrase: de iqual probabilidad
From a (Spanish) academic text examining spatial sound diffusion and asymmetric absorption

Evidentemente en este caso seguro que el libre camino medio debe ser inferior al que se predice mediante la teoría, de igual probabilidad de la reflexión sobre las paredes, que cumple con la curva de Gauss, antes citada.

So the average measured free path will be less than that predicted using (Sabine's) theory...

Does the next bit mean that it is equally probable that acoustic reflection from the walls will comply with the Gaussian curve?

English translation:equally probable reflection
Explanation:
It sounds like the theory predicts reflection to be equally probable on the walls, and thus follow a "Normal" (Gaussian) distribution.

neutral  DLyons: But what is equal to what? And why should Gaussian be a consequence?

-> Equal (probability of) reflection from the walls. The Gaussian distribution would have to be a consequence of Sabine's theory, with which I am not familiar
