La construcción de equipamientos turísticos asociados, queda restringida a un COS del 0.5%, CUS de 0.05% y una altura máxima de 2 niveles.

I found an article that says that CUS stands for "Soil Use Coefficient" and COS stands for "Soil Occupancy Coefficient" but, before that, I also found here on Proz that COS supposedly means "plot ratio".

So, who do I listen to..?

Floor area ratio (FAR) is the ratio of a building's total floor area (gross floor area) to the size of the piece of land upon which it is built. It is often used as one of the regulations in city planning along with the building-to-land ratio.

**Land use coefficient** methods commonly are used because planning and zoning maps that identify similar areas are, increasingly, available in GIS formats. Also, land use methods are selected to estimate potential effects of future development on TIA with planning maps that quantify projected changes in land use.[7] There are substantial differences in actual and estimated TIA estimates from different studies in the literature. Terms like low density and high density may differ in different areas.[8] A residential density of one-half acre per house may be classified as high density in a rural area, medium density in a suburban area, and low density in an urban area. Granato (2010)[5] provides a table with TIA values for different land-use categories from 30 studies in the literature.

-> Thanks. Honestly, I am still not 100% certain whether "FAR" and "LUC" refer to the same thing or if this is just a distinction made on a country by country basis, or perhaps there is a slight difference in the two terms? More investigation is needed.
