Spanish term or phrase: a nivel de BAN
The context is an email in which staff of a telecom company are discussing applying a discount to the customer's services: "identificar las combinaciones de servicios...y proveer el tratamiento de descuento a nivel de BAN".
Providing the discount in this way is contrasted with presenting the services in a bundle at a lower price (where discount has been included in price), so I'm thinking it means at the billing stage or checkout stage or something like that but I can't figure or find out what BAN stands for. It's a Puerto Rican company.

Thanks Helena, sorry for the delay in responding; I was on vacation. I still don't know if this is right but it makes sense to me, so this is what I used in my translation and I haven't heard anything back to suggest it is wrong.

-> Well, now we know the text contains more English acronyms, I'm little bit more confident! Hopefully someone around here can confirm whether it's right or wrong. Thank you :)
agree  Yvonne Gallagher: you'd better post as an answer before someone else cribs it as seems to be happening frequently now...
