in stock without back-up (reserve stock)

Explanation:
'surtido' can mean well-stocked -'sin surtido' - without backup stock.

'en stock' most likely means 'item carried' (SKU -Stock Keeping Unit)

Inventory programs have stock level reorder points and the amount to be reordered. The reorder point can be any thing from Zero to to what ever number is determined by calculating movement, price and lead time.
