É a peça do pantógrafo que toca no fio aéreo para receber a corrente. Antigamente se chamava "estator". É uma lamina presa por duas barras que em inglês chamam-se "horns". No espanhol o subst vem do verbo "frotar" porque ele raspa no fio. Nos bondes de SP e Santos era uma peça em forma de meia elipse. Já nos de SP (da minha infância) era uma rodinha...
