Olá a todos

Contexto: Sumo de frutas - rotulagem obedecendo à legislação

Um dos ingredientes é "puré de mango" e a minha dúvida está em "puré". Não percebo muito bem a diferença entre "polme de manga" ou "polpa de manga" - sempre pensei que a polpa da fruta, isto é, o interior da fruta, quando triturada se podia considerar como "polpa".

Explanation:
Creio que se trata de uma mistura já realizada com a polpa e outros componentes necessários, num concentrado, para fazer sumo e não da fruta pura.
