Swedish term or phrase: Hittillsvarande del av andra halvåret [year]
Sorry there's more than 1 word in the question but I need them all for the context.
I've never seen it written like this before - does it just mean the second six months/half-year (whichever you prefer) of [year]?
Thanks in advance asap.

English translation:current portion of the second half-year period.
Explanation:
I'll suggest it as a term since it's apparently financial reporting. Vague, yes, but so is your term. ;-)

Elapsed part of the second six months of [year]

Explanation:
I believe the key is in the "hittillsvarande" - "up until now" even if it is a slightly awkward use of the word.
