Explanation:
Hello

'Feed' is good in general but as it is paint in liquid form, 'pour' is perhaps even better

'Dispensed' is ok but often used for hand operations and small amounts of chemicals and medicines which is why we sometimes call a pharmacy in a hospital a dispensary
