I know it has a technical mathematician's nomenclature as well, but I think you are probably only looking for "equals sign".

agree  Ulf Norlinger: Yes, it is called "mathematical equality sign". Within mathematical logic, "logical equality sign". Moreover, the normal designation in Swedish is "likhetstecken".
