run
Explanation:
similar words 'print run' and 'press run' are used to indicate the number of copies of a book, newspaper etc. printed at one time.

'Production run' on the other hand seems to have a specific meaning in the printing industry.

Production run:
Press run intended to manufacture products as specified, as compared to makeready.

Therefore, I would recommend the term 'run' for tiraj.

Oxford Dictionary of English
run:
(...)
a quantity or amount of something produced at one time: a production run of only 150 cars.

circulation

Explanation:
I am suggesting circulation as it is commonly know to mean "tiraj". However a more appropriate term for cardboard manufacture could exist. At this instance the word circulation means the number produced and respectively circulated. As said the term is derived from the press / newspaper sector.

agree  Taner Göde: The number of copies distributed, either on an average day or on particular days (typically Sunday), is called the newspaper’s circulation and is one of the principal factors used to set advertising rates. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newspaper

neutral  Kcda: I think for such a sub heading why not " production: 1000.000 pcs ". The word run is not necessary. Granted it is better in the context than mine but it is also questionable. As I already stated more than once Tiraj is wrong in Tukish for cardboard!
