Source text - English Clean air inlet and roller brush
1. Turn over the machine and then clean the air inlet with a brush or a clean cloth;
2. With a coin or similar tools rotate both sides of the brush cover knob in the direction shown by picture and remove the brush cover.
3. With a brush to clean up the garbage on the brush. If there are hair and other similar winding things on the brush, take out one end of the brush, and then use scissors to cut the winding.
Clean the air inlet filter of the motor
1. Remove filter from dustbin, lightly pad off the rubbish on the filter or wash it and then dry. DO NOT wash with the brush, so as to avoid the bad filter.
2. If there is any damage of the filter, please change it immediately.
Clean the air outlet filter of the motor
1. Open out the wind plate screw with tools, remove wind plate
2. Remove filter, lightly padding, removing dust. Wash with water if necessary, but can't use a brush, so as not to damage the filter material.
Cautions:
All the contents of those are safety-related, make sure to follow these instructions.
Those cautions only explain to customer how to properly use this product.
1. Do not use accessories without permission from the manufacturer, if therefore cause machine failures, the warranty will be automatically suspended.

1. Întoarceţi aparatul cu partea inferioară în sus şi apoi curăţaţi orificiul de intrare a aerului cu o perie sau o cârpă curată;
2. Cu o monedă sau alte scule asemănătoare, rotiţi ambele părţi ale butonului capacului periei în direcţia indicată de imagine şi scoateţi capacul periei.
3. Folosiţi o perie pentru a curăţa mizeria de pe perie. În cazul în care există păr şi alte obiecte asemănătoare adunate pe perie, scoateţi un capăt al periei, iar apoi folosiţi o foarfecă pentru a tăia obiectele adunate.
Curăţarea filtrului de admisie a aerului al motorului
1. Îndepărtaţi filtrul sacului de gunoi, ştergeţi uşor mizeria de pe filtru sau spălaţi-l şi apoi uscaţi-l. NU spălaţi folosind peria pentru a nu deteriora filtrul.

1. Desfaceţi şuruburile plăcii detaşabile folosind sculele, scoateţi placa detaşabilă.
2. Îndepărtaţi filtrul, ştergeţi uşor praful. Spălaţi cu apă dacă este necesar, dar nu folosiţi peria pentru a nu deteriora materialul filtrului.
Precauţii:
Instrucţiunile privesc siguranţa, asiguraţi-vă că le urmaţi.

The bed is set on a sufficient number of leveling blocks which ensure a rigid fastening to the foundation. By its design the bed allows the assembly of a gear box with horizontal axes. The bed body is used as oil tank for the lubrication installation. Hydraulic equipment for lubrication is assembled inside the bed body at its rear side.
The table is built in a version with four jaws.

Into the bed it is, also, supported the secondary shaft, which receives the movement from the gear box and transmits it, by means of a pinion, to the toothed crown tightened to the table.

Patient de 29 ans transféré du service des grands brûlés de l’IMTR où il avait été admis suite à des brûlures sur 18% du corps au niveau du cou, du tronc et des membres supérieurs. Durant son hospitalisation, apparition d’un ictère franc avec prurit important. Bilirubinémie très élevée avec perturbation de l’enzymologie hépatique. Persistance de l’ictère et des anomalies biologiques depuis plus d’un mois. Transfert dans notre service pour la suite de la prise en charge.
Antécédents:
- Accident de travail le 30/08 brûlure au 2ème et 3ème degré de 18% de la surface corporelle.
Durant son hospitalisation:
- Hépatite probablement médicamenteuse (Augmenin);
- Insuffisance rénale aiguë ayant nécessité de la CVVH;
- Multiples infections et antibiothérapies;
Ecographie hépatique:
L’exploration de l’abdomen supérieur se révèle négative; il n’est pas défini en particulier de dilatation des voies biliaires. La voie biliaire principale est mesurée à 5.7 mm ce jour.
Ecographie rénale:
Signes de néphropathie chronique aspécifique.
Pas d’hydronéphrose ni signe échographique de pyélonéphrite.

Persistenţă a icterului şi a anomaliilor biologice timp de mai mult de o lună. Transferul în serviciul nostru pentru acordarea de îngrijiri medicale.
Antecedente:
- Accident de muncă în data de 30.08 cu arsuri de gradul 2 şi 3 pe 18% din suprafaţa corpului.
În timpul spitalizării sale:
- Hepatită probabil indusă medicamentos (Augmentin);
- Insuficienţă renală acută cu necesitate de CVVH;
- Infecţii multiple şi tratamente cu antibiotice.
Ecografie hepatică:
Explorarea abdomenului superior se dovedeşte a fi negativă; nu prezintă în mod special o dilatare a căilor biliare. Canalul biliar principal are o mărime de 5,7 mm la această dată.
Ecografie renală:
Semne de nefropatie cronică nespecifică.
Nu prezintă hidronefroză şi nici un semn ecografic de pielonefrită.
