وافق المشتري على الشراء للمعدات والبرمجيات وقطع الغيار التابعة لها الموضحة مواصفاتها وأنواعها وأعدادها وأسعارها في الملاحق رقم ( ) ودفع قيمتها بحسب شروط الدفع الموضحة في المادة رقم (5).
Translation - English The Seller contracts hereby for the sale, supply and assembly of equipment, programmes and associated spare parts, for which the specifications, grades, quantities and prices are set forth in annexes nos. ( ), and their delivery to sea portsand airports of the Republic of Yemen (CIF sea ports/CIP airports) in accordance with the Incoterms 2000 international freight conditions issued by the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris.

Par dérogation aux dispositions generales des plans de stock options de la Societe et aux dispositions particulieres des sous plans de stock option pour la France et la Suisse il est expressément convenu entre les Parties que Monsieur P pourra, à compter de la signature du présent protocole , exercer l’ensemble des options qui lui ont été accordées telles que visées au préambule :
1) En tout ou partie, en une ou plusieurs fois, et ce quelle que soit leur date d’échéance.
2) A tout moment, sans limitation de durée, et ce même après son départ de la société.
Il pourra également, à compter de la signature du présent protocole, céder les actions obtenues dans le cadre des plans de stock option sans avoir à respecter le moindre délai d’indisponibilité ou d’incessibilité.

By dispensation from the general provisions of the Company's stock option plans and the special provisions of the stock option sub-plans for France and Switzerland, it is expressly agreed between the parties that Mr P shall be entitled, on signature hereof, to exercise all the options granted to him, as specified in the preamble:
i) All or in part, on one or several occasions, and regardless of their maturity date.
ii) At any time, without time limit, even after he has left the company.
He may also, on signing this agreement, dispose of the shares obtained under the stock options plans without having to comply with any lock-in period or restriction on their sale.
