The discussions between the parties may or may not result in an agreement. The circulation of drafts of this document and related discussions shall not be taken as a commitment of any kind by either party. The parties agree that an agreement can only be set forth in a written instrument signed by authorized representatives for each party. Either party may terminate discussions at any time without any liability to the other party, other than the obligations contained in separate written agreements signed by authorized representatives of the parties.
Final execution of this agreement is subject to approval of the Supplier's Credit Department, which will investigate the creditworthiness of all parties just prior to execution. If reasonable grounds for insecurity with respect to the financial responsibility of any party are identified, advance cash payment or satisfactory security, such as a letter of credit, may be required of that party prior to execution. Execution of this Contract, and/or shipments of the Equipment may be withheld until such payment or security is received.

Результаты переговоров по данному документу между Сторонами могут быть отражены либо не отражены в соглашении. Распространение черновых вариантов данного документа и связанные с этим переговоры не должны восприниматься в качестве какого-то обязательства, принятого любой из сторон. Стороны договариваются, что данное соглашение может быть составлено лишь в письменном виде и подписано уполномоченными представителями от каждой из сторон. Любая из сторон вправе в любое время прекратить переговоры, не неся никакой ответственности по отношению к другой стороне кроме обязательств, содержащихся в специальных письменных соглашениях, подписанных представителями сторон.
Окончательное исполнение данного соглашения подлежит утверждению Кредитного отдела Поставщика, который, перед исполнением соглашения, изучит кредитоспособность обеих сторон. Если будут установлены веские доказательства недостаточной платежеспособности любой из сторон, перед исполнением данного соглашения от любой из сторон может быть потребована предварительная оплата или применение других инструментов обеспечения финансовой безопасности, таких как аккредитив. Source text - English Preparation for shipping
Every time the transformer is moved, it is necessary to remove all components that could be damaged during the loading, unloading or transport operations. For this case, all components will remain attached to the transformer, because the design dimensions have been selected in such a way that the transformer fits into the shipping container.
The transformers are shipped with a nitrogen blanket pressurized 1 to 2 PSI (0.07 or 0.14 Kg/cm2) (1). The Pressure relief device will reduce inside pressure if during transportation, storage or operation, nitrogen pressure exceeds 7 PSI (0.5 Kg/cm2)
(1) For cooling fins: 1 PSI For tubular radiators: 2 PSI
Crating
The transformers are shipped using wood crating that is not self-supporting. The purpose of the crating is to protect the unit from colliding with other objects or from objects falling or hitting the transformers during the loading/unloading operations
In order to move or lift the unit, the mechanical members located on the main tank must be used (lifting lugs or jack lugs). See special instructions for lifting operations.

Всякий раз, при перемещении трансформатора, необходимо демонтировать все его комплектующие узлы, которые могут быть повреждены во время погрузочно-разгрузочных или перевозочных операций. В данном случае ни один узел трансформатора не будет демонтироваться, так как при проектировании устройства были установлены такие его габаритные размеры, которые бы позволяли размещать трансформатор в перевозочном контейнере.
Трансформаторы перевозятся с азотной подушкой, давление которой составляет от 1 до 2 PSI (от 0,07 до 0,14 кг./см2)(1). Ограничитель давления снижает внутреннее давление, если при перевозке, хранении или эксплуатации трансформатора давление азота превышает 7 PSI (0,5 кг./см2).
(1) Для пластинчатых радиаторов: 1 PSI; для трубчатых радиаторов: 2 PSI
Упаковка
Трансформаторы перевозятся в деревянной упаковке, которая не является штабелируемой тарой. Целью использования упаковки является защита устройства от ударных воздействий и падения на него других предметов в ходе погрузочно-разгрузочных операций.
Для перемещения или подъема устройства необходимо использовать механические элементы, расположенные на основном трансформаторном баке (подъемные проушины или подъемные выступы). См. специальное руководство по выполнению подъемных операций.
