Beschreibung der Zusammensetzung und Konstruktion
Bei Hybridbatterien besteht das Negativgitter aus einer Kalziumlegierung und das Positivgitter aus einer Antimonlegierung.
Es gibt dazu zwei verschiedene Herstellungsverfahren:
Bei einer solchen Kombination koennen die Negativgitter (mit Kalziumlegierung) in einem einfachen Steckverfahren hergestellt werden.
Die mechanisch gesehen etwas staerker belasteten Positivgitter (mit Antimonlegierung) werden im Giessverfahren hergestellt.
Es bleibt jedoch das Problem bestehen, dass Hybridbatterien beim Einsatz in PKWs die Anforderungen fuer einen niedrigen Verbrauch von Wasser nicht erfuellen koennen. Dies liegt am Antimonanteil der sich in diesen Batterien befindet.
Nur die wartungsfreien Batterien koennen diese moeglich machen, weil bei denen beide Gitter aus einer Blei-Kalziumlegierung bestehen.

Die Hartbleigitter von konventionellen und nach EN wartungsfreien Starterbatterien sind unterschiedlich legiert. Es kam nicht wirklich zu einer Verbesserung der Batterieeigenschaften obwohl ueber mehrere Jahre hinweg der Gehalt an Antimon mehr und mehr reduziert wurde. Es war das Ziel, den Haerter Antimon mit einem anderen geeingneten Haerter zu ersetzen.
Beschreibung Blei-Kalzium-Silberlegierung (PbCaAg)
Durch die Steigerung der Leistung bei neu entwickelten PKW Motoren in Verbindung mit kompakteren und stroemungsguenstigeren Kfz-Karosserien wurde ein Anstieg der Motorraumtemperatur in der Mitte geschaffen.
Diese Veraenderung hat auch einen Einfluss auf die Starterbatterie und fuehrte daher zur naechsten Entwicklungsstufe mit einer verbesserten Bleilegierung fuer die Gitter der positiven Platten.
So enthalten sie neben einem verringerten Kalziumgehalt und einem erhoehten Zinnanteil auch das Element Silber.
Diese Legierung hat auch eine verfeinerte Gitterstruktur und hat sich als sehr langlebig erwiesen bei hohen Temperaturen die ansonsten eigentlich Zerstoerung durch Korrosion beschleunigen.

The antimonial lead grid from conventional and to EN (Europäische Norm) [European Norm] maintenance- free batteries are alloyed differently. There was no real improvement in the battery characteristics even though the contents in the antimony had been reduced for over several years. The objective was to replace the harder antimony with another appropriate hardener.
Description of Lead-Calcium-Silver alloy (PbCaAg)
Through increased performance by the newly developed passenger car engines in connection with compact and aerodynamically- shaped car bodies, a rise in the engine compartment temperature was created in the center.
This change has an impact on the starter battery and thus led to the next stage of development for the grid of the positive plates with a (reformed) lead alloy.
They therefore contain not only the reduced calcium content and an increased tin content but also the element silver.
This alloy also has a refined grid structure and has proven to be very durable in high temperatures which otherwise actually accelerate destruction by corrosion.

Source text - German Kündigung des Vertrages, Vertragslaufzeit und Verzug
Der Vertrag beginnt mit Vertragsabschluss und gilt mindestens für den in Anlage A (Master Projektplan) genannten Zeitraum.
Er kann nach Ablauf dieses Zeitraums jederzeit mit einer gegenseitigen Küundigungsfrist von 3 Monaten durch den Auftraggeber oder Auftragnehmer gekündigt werden
Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, den Vertrag order Teile davon fristlos zu kündigen, falls der Auftragnehmer gegen die Vertragsbedingungen verstoßen sollte, erhebliche Qualitätsverschlechterungen festgestellt werden bzw. Lieferverzögerungen auftreten und diese Vertragsverletzungen trotz Nachfristsetzung (vgl. folgenden Absatz) nicht behoben werden.
Kommt der Auftragnehmer nach Setzen einer zweiwöchigen Nachfrist mit der Fertigstellung des Vertragsgegenstand aus Gründen die dieser zu vertreten hat, mehr als zwei Wochen in Verzug, so ist der Auftraggeber berechtigt, nach seiner Wahl entweder ohne weitere Nachfristsetzung vom Vertrag zurückzutreten, und sofern die bisher erbrachten Leistungen nicht zweckdienlich genutzt weden können, alle bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt geleisteten Zahlungen für dieses Arbeitspaket zurückzufordern, oder für jede weitere Woche des Verzugs eine Vertragsstrafe von 5 % des Auftragswertes (des relevanten Meilensteins), insgesamt jedoch maximal 10 % des gesamten Auftragswertes. Sofern der Verzug vom Auftragnehmer vorsätzlich oder grob fahrlässig zu vertreten ist, kann der Auftraggeber Schadensersatz wegen Nichterfüllung verlangen.
Kommt der Auftraggeber seinerseits nicht seinen ihm obliegenden Mitwirkungspflichten nach und entsteht dem Auftragnehmer dadurch nachweislich ein Schaden, so ist dieser Schaden vom Auftrraggeber zu tragen.
Der Nachweis der fristgerechten Kündigung ist durch die Vorlage eines Einlieferungsscheines für Einschreibsendungen zu erbringen. Das Kündigungsschreiben ist an die im Vertrag angegebene vertragsschließende Dienststelle zu senden.
Im Falle einer Vertragskündigung sind die bis zum Vertragsablauf bein Auftragnehmer eingehenden Abrufbestellungen noch zum vereinbarten Preis und den vereinbarten Bedingungen auszuführen.
Nach einer fristlosen Kündigung kann der Auftraggeber Schadenersatz geltend machen bis zu dem Zeitpunkt zu dem der Auftragnehmer frühestens fristgerecht kündigen konnte.
Translation - English Termination of a contract, contractual term and default

The principal reserves the right to terminate the contract or parts thereof if the agent should violate the terms of the contract, significant deterioration of quality is ascertained or delays in delivery occur and these contractual violations are not remedied, despite the grace period (cf. the paragraph below)
After setting a grace period of 2 weeks for the completion of the subject of the contract, if the agent delays more than 2 weeks, for reasons that it is responsible for, the principal is entitled to, according to his choice either, without the setting of an additional grace period, to withdraw from the contract and if the services rendered so far cannot be used appropriately, to reclaim all the payments made up to this point for this part of the project, or for every additional week of delay, a penalty of 5% of the contract value (of the relevant milestone), but no more than a total of 10% of the entire contract value. If the delay on the part of the agent is willful or grossly negligent, the principal may claim damages for non-performance.
If the principal, on its part, does not fulfill the co-operation duties incumbent on it and the agent thereby incurs demonstrable losses, the principal is to then to bear these damages.
The proof of timely notice of termination is to be provided by the submission of the posting receipt through registered mail. The termination notice is to be mailed to the contracting office (of the company) indicated in the contract.
In the event of termination of the contract, the agent is to carry out the incoming purchase orders- at the agreed price and as per the agreed terms, until the expiration of the contract.
In case of termination without notice, the principal may claim damages up to the time where the agent was able to terminate at the earliest prescribed time.
