3.3.3. Shelf Installation
The Easyreach Express consists of two shelves. These shelves create two of the three load bearing surfaces of the unit. The depth of the shelves differs.
It is very important that the narrower shelf be installed above the wider one. Failure to do so will result in decreased efficiency of the unit, since the functionality of the air curtain will be impaired.
In order to install the shelves, the following steps need to be followed:
• If the unit is equipped with plastic covers, these can be installed on the shelves by sliding them in place up to the desired length (see Figure 2). Then, the price tags can be placed in the brackets of the respective covers.
• When installing the shelves, use the specially designed beams. Each shelf requires two beams.
• Place the beams in the corresponding sockets. This is accomplished by use of the holding brackets as seen in Figure 3. In order to create a shelf level, the external bracket at the lowest support point of the beam must be used. To achieve a 10ο angle, the inner bracket must be used. Figure 4 shows the correct unit configuration in order to create a shelf level.
• The shelves must be placed on the beams in such a manner so as to lock onto the respective sockets and the back of the rack is slotted into the respective open holes of the plenum (Figures 5 and 6)
The unit is now operational.

We would start committing gear 30 days or 60 days in advance of the auction. Ten days before the sale, you send your equipment to the auction and then three weeks later you’ve got your check. Well, that’s a pretty good turnaround, from a capital perspective.”
