Freelancers, translators, and industry watchdogs strongly warn against working with the company, citing unpaid wages and concerns over data collection.

Key red flags highlighted in the reviews include:

•	Non-Payment & Ghosting: Translators and transcribers have reported completing work only to have the company disappear and withhold payment.
•	Suspicious Voice Data Collection: There is industry concern and consensus on platforms like Reddit that Explore Localization may be soliciting voice data and translation projects under false pretences to train AI models.
•	Scam Warnings: The Translation Industry Transparency Board and freelancer networks have issued alerts cautioning the translation community about these practices.
