The car I bought in February has developed an engine fault and I expect it will cost a lot to fix. Not long after buying it, I forgot to put the handbrake on properly and it rolled into the wall outside my house, causing 1700 € worth of damage to the bodywork and headlamps. So, a windfall of 5000 € or so would be a great help to offset these misfortunes.

I have no concerns other than my health. I have a very common condition in older age - knee osteoarthritis.

Vendor lock-in is my biggest concern at the moment. I have to use several cloud translation platforms, and some of them are straight up rejecting Firefox. I'm also still experimenting if OmegaT could work with SDLXLIFF without issues. Good thing that DOCX and XLSX can be opened and modified flawlessly in LibreOffice.
Stupid proprietary software with their stupid proprietary file formats. I wish them dead. That would solve this nonsense.

Most of the money transfer services, like PayPal and Payoneer, are not available in my country, and banking services are just too bad for international transfers here.

Or is it a mission "impastable"?
My answer to this poll:
As long as I keep my "mens sana in corpore sano" and doing all my best as a person and as a professional, I am able to (re)solve my concerns.

Well, I am 75 and retired. My biggest concern at the moment is that how should I spend my rest of life. What kind of activity should I adopt to make my rest of life meaningful.
I had a stroke last year (of *their* making during an operation) and am gradually getting into the swim of things again. I tend to drop words when I write -- though not when I am speaking.

If I won the lottery - and I'm not even aiming for the 1st prize.
This is truly not a joke, unfortunately.
I could really help both myself, my daughter, and my little niece (born with a rare genetic syndrome) with the money. It would chase the nightmares away and push my daily anxiety aside.

Gosh, this appeals to me - I tend to forget words when I speak yet place them where they belong when I write. Or think one thing and utter another - like, for example, my teenage daughter was excitedly telling me about this new make-up powder she would have liked to try and I wanted to ask her what shade she chose and instead I said "how do you take it". It didn't make any sense at all. I also tend to drop things.
However, I never thought this could indicate a possible stroke...
