Barely! Mar 26

I do not spend so much time learning about new tools, but learning about business and marketing stuff, colleagues experiences and specializations.

Colleagues Mar 26

I must admit I’ve never been particularly tech-savvy, but after 40 years as a professional translator, I know what works for me and have a well-established routine, so I rarely look into new tools or resources unless a colleague brings them to my attention…

Formal training and online resources Mar 26

I usually learn about new tools through formal training and hands-on experience.
I just completed my subtitling course on OOONA yesterday. It’s an amazing and very complete tool! My second favorite is Spot.
Also, whenever I face a problem with a particular aspect of translation, I search for solutions or resources online.
This continuous learning is exactly what translation is all about.
