"Create Project Package" pop-ups

I've used SDL Trados 2011 Professional for many years

Recently I've noticed "Create Project Package" pop-ups every 5 seconds!
I follow wizard's steps, create package, but after 5 sec the same window prompts again
I tried to open another project but problem remains

Could anyone help please

Trados has a number of weird signals to each version. The best way is to install Trados software again unless you tell me system details e.g. Windows version, MS Office version, anti-virus software etc.
