ABDUL WAHAB, do you mean a letter from a company to a bank and the company uses the letterhead of the Iraqi ministry of health. That is possible only if the company is affiliate to the ministry of health. Will you please make sure and be a little more specific, this matters as to the translators to be accurate. Neither private sector company nor other ministry is allowed to use other’s letterhead.
