Yeah, didn't read the whole context. I think it was because I am always using this phrase of Helen's in my work!

Liz, this is helpful. Helen is always clear! I note that in the context of your source though, that there is a different type of situation. In your source, the patient has a fever and yet there is no identifiable explanation for it. In the context we have here, there is no mention of an infection being present. Do you see what I mean?

Oui, bien que je pensais qu'un "signe" était quelque chose d'observable objectivement et qu'un symptôme était quelque chose que ressentait le patient. Cette distinction existe-t-elle toujours? Ou aurais-je tort?
