English to Polish Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)

Strony uzgadniają, że będą sprzedawać/kupować określoną "część" z zapotrzebowania na produkty. Uwzględniają, że ta "część" może się różnić, w zależności od wahań zapotrzebowania.
Wspominają też o zapasach zabezpieczających, ale nie uzgadniają ich ilości w tej konkretnej Umowie, a jedynie że "może to być podane" w Załączniku do niej.

Jak nazwać taki rodzaj umowy? Umowa ramowa jest już przygotowana osobno.

"In order to allow a joint planning, the Buyer commits to buy such part of its overall demand in respect of certain Products, which has been specified in accordance with clause 4. In consideration of this quota purchasing commitment of the Buyer, the Seller grants the purchasing conditions specified in this Agreement and its Annexes."

"Annex 1 lists the portion of the yearly demand that the Buyer intends to order from the Seller during the term of the Agreement. Since the Buyer's absolute demand is subject to fluctuation, the Buyer's purchasing obligation shall be the portion (the "Quota") of the respective demand that will be purchased from the Seller as set forth in Annex 1, but not the absolute quantity of the Products purchased by the Buyer."

"Annex 1 also includes, if agreed, the delivery time per Product and – to the extend agreed – the minimum stock levels at the Seller’s premises, including a defined replenishment time for the respective minimum stock after call-off. If such a delivery time and/or minimum stock has been agreed between the Parties, the Seller shall always comply with and guarantee the agreed delivery times and the agreed safety stock."
