Source text - English When replacing a drumhead, be sure to seat the new head evenly on the drum. Replace the hoop and finger tighten the tuning lugs. This will ensure that a proper bearing edge fit can be achieved. If used drumheads are being tuned for the first time, these heads should be loosened up, finger tightened and slowly brought back up to tension using the tuner. Make sure the drum to be tuned is fairly level so that the tuner will not slide around on the head. Your tuner is zeroed at the factory, but with daily use, the tuner may need to be re-zeroed. To zero the tuner, place it on a flat glass surface, unlock the bezel and rotate it so the large needle is on zero, then re-lock the bezel.

Source text - English The advent of chromosome banding techniques made it easier to identify specific chromosomes and to study various types of structural changes occurring within them [1-5]. G-banding patterns of the chromosome reflect the natural conformational features of chromatin [6-8] and G-banding technique are perhaps the most widely used methods of banding for cytogenetic analysis [9]. However, routine chromosomal banding programs are time consuming, and too task-specific for many research applications. Among the species, in which the karyotypes are very similar, it has been very difficult to find differences by conventional methods. Furthermore, many disputes exist in G-banding technique [10]. With an increasing number of laboratories making use of cooled CCD cameras and sophisticated software for chromosome analyses, there is a definite trend toward the use of 4', 6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) banding [11-14]. In human and mouse, improvement of chromosome banding has been acquired by means of iterative deconvolution [12].

Literatura przedmiotu traktująca o kontroli administracji publicznej jest niezmiernie bogata, gdzie prezentowane są poglądy wielu autorów. Jest pojęciem złożonym i mającym różne znaczenie i formy realizacji. Wszystkie jednak można sprowadzić do tego, że pod pojęciem tym należy rozumieć określone czynności obejmujące obserwowanie i analizowanie działań jednostek kontrolowanych, porównywania rzeczywistości z zamierzeniami, występowanie przeciwko zjawiskom niekorzystnym i sygnalizowanie właściwym jednostkom dokonanych spostrzeżeń - bez decydowania jednak o zmianie kierunku działań jednostki kontrolowanej.
Z kolei kontrolę parlamentarną należy postrzegać jako szczególny przypadek kontroli, ponieważ obejmuje ona nie tylko uprawnienia do pozyskiwania wiedzy o stanie faktycznym oraz wyrażania oceny określonych działań lub zamierzeń innych organów państwa poprzez egzekwowanie odpowiedzialności politycznej i konstytucyjnej.

There is abundant literature on the control and supervision of public administration. Supervising intelligence agencies is a complex and multi-faceted phenomenon. All methods of exerting control over such agencies can be defined as the observation and analysis of actions performed by the controlled entities, comparison between intentions and reality, counteracting negative phenomena and providing the appropriate entities with comments on observations being made, without making decisions as to changes in the direction of actions of the controlled entity.
Furthermore, parliamentary control should be seen as a special case of supervision, because it is not limited to the right to retrieve factual information and evaluating specific actions or intentions of other government agencies by enforcing political and constitutional responsibility.
