Saya tidak pasti perkataan sebenarnya, tapi kedengaran sebutannya seperti "katipey".
I am not sure what the real word is, but i heard it pronounced like "katipey".

It's "KTP", read: Ka Te Pe, means "Kartu Tanda Penduduk", or "Resident Card", or more popular as "ID Card" in the US.
