I believe this is related to amounts that have to be readjusted in relation ot an index which could bea hard currency or an inflation related figure

No nos dices en qué contexto, pero supongamos que se trata de una cuenta de ahorro.

reajustar = to adjust; correct (for inflation)
Lo más común es "reajustable según IPC" = CPI-adjustable

CPI = Consumer Price Index

En cuanto a "reajustes pagados/ganados", creo que debería ser tan simple como "earned & paid adjustments" o, hilando un más fino, "accrued & paid adjustments"
