department store services
In a listing of permissible subtenants in a department store. I found a photo of the first "Schuhabsatzbar" in Schöneberg and it was of a sit-down bar with a footrest with a couple of ladies having a drink with thier shoes off. Very comfortable I'm sure, but not sure if this fits in my context. Which is:

It's one of those places where they re-heel your shoes for you - see picture at http://www.schoenwalde-center.com/schuhabsatzbar.html. I'm not sure if it would be usual to call it a bar in English, although I can see the point of the word - it's more a counter where you get repairs done rather than a whole shop.
