Hoe kan dit het beste vertaald worden?
Ik kreeg de suggestie om er: 'To certify which the present certificate is issued' (zo staat het er).
Vertaler geeft nog mee dat " 'to certify which' is a term frequently used ".
Helaas heb ik het hier wat moeilijk mee...
