French term

personnes accidentées

French to English Medical Management safety at work
La Direction ainsi que chaque salarié s'engagent à faciliter la réadaptation au travail des personnes accidentées.

No problem in understanding - just interested to see how others would handle the end of the sentence.
I was tempted by "injured" "injured parties" I don't want to say "people affected by or involved in accidents" because that is too general. But I cannot find the "right" phrase

Bourth so I'm now a victim of your sense of humour? Do I get an industrial award for that?
Bourth (X) Dec 1, 2005:
No, no, I made a deliberate point of not using nails. Someone might get hurt ...
Non-ProZ.com Dec 1, 2005:
Bourth you have nailed the phrase I was looking for but which wouldn't emerge - This is an accident prevention charter

(the) victims of accidents

65,500 ghits, but of course the exact expression required might depend on the sorts of accidents 'contained' in the understanding of the text.

Are we talking "victims" in general, or specific "victims"?

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "I actually used accident victims suggested by someone else much later but you started the ball rolling so honour where honour is due!"
