The text is in v. small font and not v. clear, but says : "opacité nodulaire de la lingula...des contours toujours irréguliers, spiculée et cernée par un hale en verre dépoli". But it could be "bale" or perhaps "halc". I've tried various spellings but can't locate anything that makes sense. Can anyone shed any light on it? Many thanks for your help.
