Debo dividir la consulta de una misma frase en tres partes porque no comprendo si "purposes" abarca "timesharing and service bureau" simultáneamente o sólo a "service bureau".

PREGUNTA 1: ¿Cómo traducirían "service bureau"?

Software and Hardware system use agreement The term "timesharing" is included in the above paragraph of an Agreement. It appears only once and there is no further mention of it. Perhaps is worthwile to inform that the Agreement referes to the use of a Software and Hardware system.
