the sress is killing me, I've lost hair over this

In Polish we say - tracic nerwy - in English you would say
I don't want to do this anymore - I've been so stressed out over this, I lost my hair over this, or something to that effect.
Lose sb's nerves or temper would mean stracilem panowanie nad soba - which is not the same thing.
