CAT tools
Translation aids would have been (also) my 1st choice, translation tools my 2nd, and this is just another option (if it is about computer aided translation anyway).

Discussion
2) The word aids is by my users with associated with AIDS. I don't want to use the phrase Translation resources, because my user associate resources with manpower in the first place.
