History
Lincoln's attitude was firm and remarkably consistent throughout the Civil War. He said that succession was simply a myth. It was unconstitutional. The Union was older than the Constitution and the Union was indissolvable.
Also mentioned here:
Despite being torn by succession and civil war, it was a single country again and slavery, the ultimate cause of the war had been banished into memory.
Succession, Lincoln says, is the essence of anarchy. And he is a man who built his whole life on devotion to law, order, to self discipline.
N.B: The text is full of spelling mistakes. Could it be "Secession" as for "الانفصال عن الاتحاد"?

Exactly that, which, according to Enc. Britanica is:
"In U.S. history, the withdrawal of 11 slave states (states in which slaveholding was legal) from the Union during 1860-61 following the election of Abraham Lincoln as president. Secession precipitated the American Civil War."
