Happy New Year everyone! I have a phrase for which I cannot think of a short translations, any suggestions would be welcome. Context: "de persoon was ten tijde van de tenlastegelegde periode niet in Nederland". The person in question was involved in publishing on the internet matters which involve an unspecified crime.
