Stem or no stem The simple problem is that I can't very well say that a pivot button acts as a pivot which is the qualifier that follows. Because of this stem it may be extended and act as a pivot. See also for context my French to Danish query. Actually the button looks a bit like the one in the link.

with the word "pivot" I believe you are talking about "drejeknap"

Specificity needed I need a bit more specificity, as it is a patent, and the stem is crucial for making it into a pivot or axis after insertion.
