Også i danske virksomheder udskiftes titlen 'sagsbehandler' med salgs-koordinator. Muligvis for ikke at forveksle funktionen med den, der hører hjemme i den sociale sektor.

Of course at a modern company, they might make up any number of interesting terms - such as Priority Services Personal Representative (I just made that up ;-) )

sure - but high sounding names are often given by big corporations in lieu pay raises - and to make their customers feel more important. A clerk is a clerk, but who wants to refer to themselves nowdays as a clerk? (unless they are of course clerking, but
