Father Kamil Bulke's dictionary also gives सूरजमुखी for albino.

This term is used for albino people more than for albino animals.

Soorajmukhi Vyakti

Though this term is used both for a person or an animal with white skin and pink eyes, yet this term is used specifically with regard to a person so i added ''Vyakti'' with ''Soorajmukhi''.

विवर्ण व्यक्ति

"albumin" means अण्ड-श्वेति, श्वेति. albino means the person who is 'जन्मजात विवर्ण'. You can simply call it 'विवर्ण व्यक्ति '. The person with 'pigment' disorder due to which his/her eye, skin and hair colour is not normal.
